A Saskatchewan woman says she lost a finger after her ring got caught on a waterslide at one of the largest malls in North America.

    The article says nothing about it except this...

    Clark wants the mall to advise people who are wearing jewelry to take it off before they go down the waterslides.


    ...which didn't answer my question.

    It was all over the local news:

    There were signs around the water park saying jewelry should not be worn, Clark said, but she wasn't wearing her glasses so she couldn't read them.

    She said she saw other people at the water park that day wearing jewelry.
