Following 2016 and 2017, 2018 is likely going to set another heat record in many parts of the world. Already, the first six months have set high-temperature records for the US, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) reported yesterday

    Last time I checked the US was a sovereign nation, free to decide for themselves you may amay not enter their country. I know if ever I enter the US then I must abide by their laws and not pretend that I am covered by Canadian law, in no capacity do I have a inalienable right to enter America, I need their permission.

    Northern Quebec is north of 60 degrees north, that's far enough north to get almost 30 days of night (not starring Josh Harnett).
