Duluth School District officials fear the classic American novels, by Harper Lee and Mark Twain, could make students feel 'humiliated or marginalized'.

It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last time for those two books. They’re two of the most consistently banned books in public schools in America.

The reason for To Kill a Mockingbird is too ironic. “It makes people uncomfortable”. That’s the whole damn point of the book.

The book is widely taught in schools in the United States with lessons that emphasize tolerance and decry prejudice.

Well of course, we can't have that. :(

Amazing that to try and have tolerance, we are removing something that teaches exactly that.

Exactly, The PC snowflakes want literature that emphasizes their attitudes where a lot of these books are supposed to disturb you and hopefully make us into better people.

Will there be anything of a historic nature left once these snowflakes finish shaping the world to their satisfaction?
