Better yet, if you meet a woman who is a “sex addict obsessed with rough sex and being raped” run away instead of thinking with your dick. This kind of behaviour is a major red flag of someone who is mentally or emotionally unstable and you’ll probably regret it in the long run.

Running away won't help, if that bill passes then accusations will be made public and not just convictions. In Bart's case, that woman who accused him could have accused him of on the job sexual harassment and his career would essentially be over, in today's #metoo climate.

Fortunately for me I've been inadvertently living the Mike Pence Rule where I don't go to lunch or dinner with women I work with...with the sole exception of my (distant) cousin Amanda.

Hard to make an accusation when you can't come up with a time that works with it.
