Stephen LeDrew was so sure he would be back on his popular CP24 Live at Noon show he had two special guests lined up for the day of his return following a one-week suspension. TTC boss Andy Byford and former foreign affairs minister Peter MacKay were book

This because he expressed his opinion. He's on a bloody news network, that is unabashedly pro-Toronto and provincial police and for which at least one of their reporters is the sibiling of a cop, and this clown interviewed Mark Saunders! HAHA. No conflict of interest there.

I saw this episode with Tucker Carlson and it's comical that he loses his job over this. Just illustrates why Canada will never win, we are anti-American, we represent contrary actions to the U.S constitution and in the end, we will pay a steep economic price on top of the social costs. They need LESS of Canadian ideology, not more, this firing shows this.

The irony in this interview, is that Tucker tells LeDrew that "Canadians lose their jobs for speaking their minds" and LeDrew laughed at him. Lo and behold, he is fired for speaking his mind!

No wonder our allies don't trust us...

Freedom of speech does not exist in Canada. Mr. LeDrew took his chances speaking out and lost.

Ironically, the network that's now most likely to hire him is...FOX News.

He got fired by a private company. The cops didn't put the squeeze on Bell Media to dump him. This is just more fucking toxic waste emanating from that ever-widening crack in Shocky's broken fucking head.

Right, and what do you say when a cowardly RCMP, OPP or TPS operative enters a corporations on "behalf of the state (really on behalf of their lazy, useless lying asses)" and interferes with someones career? what say you then? Should they receive vigilante justice?

What about when some scumbag at the RCMP is a diddler, or targets his coworker and doesn't lose their job? Or when they contact a private company and "advise" them of a worker there who they want fired?

You're a Canadian patsy. Great for you here comrade, you're nice and warm in your safe space. However, don't look to America to save this failing economy, nor the Chinese, the word is out "don't trust dirty, backstabbing Canada". We have no options. We will be forced to buy broken down, second hand planes and thank the country for the opportunity to buy them.

While the apparatus destroys their own citizens, we have the TPS, OPP and RCMP allowing Russia to purchase a Canadian uranium company and they obtain 20% of U.S uranium, some of which found it's way to Europe.

Remind me again, who is the National Security to America?

Thank God Trump won, and America can deal with those who pretend they are their allies. God Bless America! Canada refuses to learn, and we have only ourelves to blame for trusting these state patsies...

Well, he is correct in the overall sentiment that Canada is not exactly headed in the right direction and that your government is more and more becoming an authoritarian regime.

Our country has lost it's way since Mulroney and Reagan. The best decision a PM ever made was to separate the RCMP from their covert duties and give them to CSIS, that was Mulroneys courage as he knew the RCMP were an embarrassment, caught burning barn, entrapping and generating crimes. We were only a few years away from a full blown Russian police state before he forced that decision.

Unfortunately, these self serving roaches who are afraid of Rule of Law, Due Process and cuts to their budgets have convinced Canadians that "Canada good, America bad". They do NOT want to have a Republic like America, its not in the best interest of the fossils here.

So he got fired for appearing on Tucker Carlson? Big deal. My guess is that there was some type of clause in Mr. LeDrews contract that prohibited him from appearing on other news shows without the express written consent of CP24, whatever the hell that is.

I might also be alot more concerned if they actually came out and said they fired him for changing his views to the right but, given that this is a "center of the universe" centric news station firing someone most Canadian know nothing or really give a shit about, I'd say this is a mountain meet molehill exercise in being outraged. But, as a learning lesson, maybe next time Mr. LeDrew as a lawyer should know that he should read the fine print on his contract before acting on his own.

But don't worry I'm sure that he'll bounce back because, I've never seen a lawyer you could keep down for long even the rare "good one".

Oh, and if the B.C elections are any indication, it was a REALLY bad decision to allow Harper Jr. Scheer to *ahem*, "win" the Conservative leadership role. It may not have been a perfect situation, but I would have rolled the dice with an unknown Libertarian before this socially backwards leader. They decided to appeal to the same clowns who bow to the RCMP and beg for their protection, now they will be happy to remain opposition party.

So, you might dislike the Liberals, and even I admit, I am not on board with Trudeaus economic views. However, when comparing his social views and views on justice, he is lights years better of a choice than the Conservatives so he is a safer choice in the end. I predict a fairly long reign due to the arrogance of some fossils, unless some magically alter their ideology.
