A civilian employee of the RCMP in Winnipeg says the police agency mishandled the issue of lead contamination from its indoor firing range and kept her in the dark about it.

    The Enemy of the State and serial Human Right violators are at it again.

    No wonder our allies don't trust us.

    Once the housing bubble bursts and America deals with NAFTA we will hopefully see the decreased government revenue cut the RCMP and local police budgets accordingly.

    Since the standard sidearm is no longer the lowly .38 special revolver but a 9 or 10 mm semi automatic I don't think the usage of lead ammunition is an issue.

    I think it prudent that hollow point be issued as they contain less lead.
