Good for America, protecting their citizens from potential health issues. This is a National Security issue.

Never been to a US supermarket and seen the beef so bright red it doesn't even look real or bought that oh-so-much-cheaper chicken and discovered it's so disgusting you wouldn't feed it to your pets have you?
If you're so disgusted with everything Canadian why don't you pack up and move?

That's what beef looks like when it's fresh.

My life was stolen, my ambitions and desire to contribute wiped out.

I have a purpose in life now and it's exposing Canadian tactics against American and European corporations, among other nefarious efforts engaged in my Canada. My place is right here in Canada, where I can be most effective.

And how is preaching to 10 people who don't matter and think you are the punchline to a joke considered 'being effective'?

"Fresh' is not what you want in Beef, nor Sushi. You want it aged, so it builds up some MSG in the tissues. Umami bombs.

And beef that is pink is iron deficient from being grain fed. Aged grass fed beef, that's what you want. ;)

Fresh beef is not what I want unless it's hamburger. But cheap stores that don't sell USDA Prime or Choice will sell fresh beef and it looks weird if you're used to the darker red of aged beef.
