Toronto Parking Authority keeps executive salaries secret

For more than a year, the city agency has stopped attempts by the Star to find out what top executives are earning. Now two of those executives are being paid while they sit at home.

Ahh, good old Canadian transparency. "We owe no information to the taxpaying citizens (they suggest they are exempt because they are not tax funded) even as we oversee many millions, we are the City of Toronto damn it!"

No wonder our allies don't trust us...
