Millions in donations from B.C. Liberal appointees: CTV investigation

B.C. Liberals made almost $5 million in donations from the people they appointed to the boards that oversee many government functions in this province – some 21 times more than the appointees gave to the NDP, according to a CTV News review.

“There is no correlation between appointments and donations,” spokesperson Alexis Pavlich told CTV News. “The appointments are through a transparent government process.”

Of course there's no correlation.

Not very transparent that government process.

We see this all the time and we're still shocked every time it happens again. Only solution I see is to get rid of donations, and appointments, and political parties, and politicians.

And Christie Clark will, as soon as there's not a single breathing donor/supporter left. Maybe. IF we elect her again.
