Ivanka Trump Look Tops Among Plastic Surgery Patients, Surgeons Say

I'll never get why some people get obsessed with so-called celebrities to the point of wanting to look like them through surgery.

I hate fake faces... fake boobs too.

I'm sure that we'll get more and more young girls in the future wondering why they don't look anything like their mom.

Unless it's medically necessary I don't understand why one would put themselves through the cost, hassle and pain of surgery to alter their appearance for no other reason than vanity.

It does absolutely nothing to change who you are, only who you think you are.

Whatever floats your boat though.
