Halifax Coun. Matt Whitman calls ‘Chinese fire drill’ video a ‘distraction’

A week after posting a video of himself and a passenger doing a "Chinese fire drill" Halifax Coun. Matt Whitman removed it saying it was a "distraction."

Referred to as a Manchurian Fire Drill in my days, and a good chunk of the kids doing it with us were of Asian descent...
I wonder if kids even take their noses from their cellphones and blow off steam like that these days.
