TransCanada says it has received a presidential permit from the U.S. State Department that allows it to build the long-delayed Keystone XL pipeline.

    It's good news for the Canadian economy and it's also bad news for billionaire Warren Buffet because his Union Pacific Railroad will lose its monopoly on shipping oil from Alberta. :wink:

    Which would explain the sudden decision to dump his Suncor Stock. I guess he doesn't want to be caught making money off the competition while his employees languish.
