Unfortunately the link didn't work so I have to ask the question. Given that it was a crystal meth assignment, did they want the kids to make it or, take it?
I was joking but after reading the article it's clear that the time has come for the debacle we call an education system to be "PURGED" of all these champions of stupidity because, in their quest to be socially conscious, they're slowly but surely turning our children into acolytes of political correctness who'll, be able to make and sell drugs but won't be able to balance their cheque book after doing so.
So for one, it's obviously one teacher who did this; it isn't part of the provincial drama program to each kids how to make meth, lmfao, so the rant about SJWs or whatever is a little pathetic
Plays and skits in high school drama classes that deal with serious shit isn't new. but a step-by-step guide to making actual f'n meth seems like a pretty big lapse in judgement. This teacher never heard of props?
that and 13 years old seems like a weird point to be making this kind of social commentary. I've known meth'd up teenage kids so it is a problem, but I think this kinda heavy topic would be better discussed among late high school students.
Read my post again.
I didn't say the entire school system should be purged of all teachers what I said is:
to be "PURGED" of all these champions of stupidity
You know the ones who have an agenda. The ones who push political correctness over their required teaching criteria because, if this teacher had stuck to her teaching syllabus she'd never have given those kids the instructions on how to make fucking drugs and in case you hadn't noticed we're in a drug epidemic that's killing multiple people daily which, makes her ignorance even more insensitive.
"Thanos" said Note to students: binge-watching all five seasons of Breaking Bad is NOT an extra-curricular project and no extra credit points will be given.

Unless you binge-drink at the same time.
If in doubt this is always the correct thing to do.
"Public_Domain" said The teacher will probably be fired. The system works. Not really, but in this specific instance, I don't see what you're worried about. They aren't getting away with it. Their career is ruined. They're fucked.
I don't really see how "political correctness" lines up with "teach kids how to make meth" so if you could walk me through that deranged conclusion, I'd appreciate it.
The problem is that this might not be the first retarded thing this rocket scientist has done and this is just the first time she was "caught".
As for your other question. It's simple. Teaching children to act as addicts and how to make drugs marginalizes the drug culture and makes it and the people who live in it seem socially disadvantaged or discriminated against, rather than the criminals they really are.
"Public_Domain" said Wew, okay. Well, that's classist bullshit, but I'll leave it at that.
Classist? I didn't think of criminals as a class till, you mentioned it but given this new turn or events, I guess I should apologize for discriminating against those poor criminals.
What a fucking joke.
so weird.
