Every highway linking the Lower Mainland to the rest of B.C. is closed

A 24-hour period of freezing rain across the South Coast has led to the closure of every B.C. highway headling into the Lower Mainland and stranded hundreds of drivers, also causing power outages impacting thousands of BC Hydro customers.
