The US and Europe already do this. IIRC, Belgium also use retina prints, and facial recognition as well.
Some US States under the Safe Secure DL/ID use Finger Print and Retina. WI and NV are Two of them. Both WI and NV are optional for Retina and finger print, no mandate.
