China to start fingerprinting foreign visitors

Millions of foreigners visiting China annually will have their fingerprints collected starting this week, China's Ministry of Public Security announced Thursday.

    The US and Europe already do this. IIRC, Belgium also use retina prints, and facial recognition as well. :(

    Some US States under the Safe Secure DL/ID use Finger Print and Retina. WI and NV are Two of them. Both WI and NV are optional for Retina and finger print, no mandate.
