Nice thought, but how many years has it been now that consumers have been retrofitting their homes to make them more energy efficient at their own cost. Can I hand in the bill from 5 years ago from the last time I had a high efficient furnace installed. How about light bulbs, I've replaced all my incandescents? I heard a rumour that high efficient AC was included in this, really? AC? WOW
