The Philippine president’s comments were in response to series of kidnappings at sea — mostly by the local militant group Abu Sayyaf that has pledged allegiance to ISIS.

    The Kidnappers hide among the civilian population.The civilians love to have them, because the kidnappers,give them some of the ransom money.But one bombing would put an end to these kidnappings. No more stupid tourists going to the Phillipines, making themselves kidnap targets,the villagers would stop giving refuge to the kidnappers.
