N.B. University In Dog House After Insisting Quebec Guide Dog Learn English

A blind franco-phone boy was not allowed to enroll in English emmersion classes at New Brunswick University unless he taught his guide dog all over again but with English commands.  The university originally said they couldn't effectively accomodate his blindness, then later send a letter stating he could only speak english to his guide dog.
