Interesting choice of words, it implies that people were not asked it they think a nation is cool and instead asked to just name the ones they could think of. Which would completely bias the results to neighbours, nations making the news more recently, and closer allies. So it is not really based on who they think is cool, just who they could think of naming at the time.

wth is this? Measuring how cool you are as a country? Ego much. As a artic nation, I'd imagine many Canadians are fairly cooled off anyways. Anyways, despite how flawed it is to ask people who've never been to Canada things about Canada and mark it down as fact. I'd be perfectly fine with not being a cool country. Last I checked, cool kids dropped out of school. Nerdy kids excelled and came to run good companies and get the good jobs.

Not really. People were asked to name the what they thought was the coolest nationality, so of course they would name nationalities they think are cool.

Just goes to show that putting a Canadian flag on your backpack may keep protesters away, but it won't get you into any clubs.
