I've seen walls here that are living....with mold and mildew.

I hope they realize that that sucks the moisture out of the bricks and cement and that the building is ready to having the grouts redone in no time. That's why you don't see plants growing on Dutch houses that much anymore. WAY too expensive.

It's taiwan....you need to have construction standards and codes in order to be concerned about those things.

This is nothing less than a plot by the enviro-industrial complex to hurt the oil companies by eliminating available wall space for petro-chemical spray paints to be applied.
