Anybody with a head on his/her shoulder does. It's not about the attack on the person, but the institution. It's the same as threatening a judge or a witness in a trial - it undermines the system. Guess Ukraine doesn't have much of system to undermine.

I'll tell you one secret, politicals are the same in few ways. All of them are saying that they can drive good, but most of them are bad drivers at all. One is dead, there will be 10 another on this place. That's just a chance to try a new evil that you weren't trying before. Yushchengo was another robber, so another one pig was poisoned. Anyway everyone is waiting when something will happen with Yanukovich . We want another evil and pig. So to put them higher is a bad idea, they are enought high. Of cource terorism is bad, it's bad to poison people, kill them etc.
