Cheers to our Aussie and Kiwi cousins.

They use this day because it marks their arrival in Gallipoli in 1915.

There's a place just south of Ft MacMurray that used to be an Aussie Military Training ground during WW2 called Anzac. When I went there(1974 or 75) it was unrecognizable as anything, but my Dad knew this Aussie(IIRC--it's all hazy, somehow an Aussie works in though :D) that filled us in on the name and its' Aussie connection.
