On one hand Pope Benedict is saying to Africans that condom use spreads the AIDS Virus, yet a prostitute using a condom is okay because she is looking out for the welfare of another. [?]

He needs to do a lot of rethinking on the church's position on human sexuality and sexuallly transmitted diseases.
