As compared to the last 50 years of pc/lib's? Anything would be better. Last decent premier was Stanfield.

I don't see anything in that article that tells me they played with the numbers, only an accusation from an opposition party with no proof.
I'd just like to know how they supposedly fixed everything. That article states next to no reasons aside from some HST money which played a small part.

A $447 million surplus. That makes them a HAVE province and they will have give into the federal coffers instead of receive.
