Good to see there's places we can contribute already. And the agencies listed sound like ones where most of the money goes to help people rather than their bureaucracy. As for corruption, my guess there's less than in Canada. And no wailing jihadis who take the money and spit on us at the same time.

I don't think that will happen to you guys, you have to be an American to get
the full flavour of people taking money from us while spitting at us at the same
time.
