What's the surprise? The headline calls them migrants. Just put a little Im in front of that word, and bada bing they become Canada's favorite group of people who will raise our standard of living by becoming Timmy's customers, do all the poorly paid grunt work we don't want to and help us reverse the aging trend of our population.
