Exactly, which is the reason the normal people (not talking about the neo-nazi's, who are, imho, in the same category as any fundamentalist) just don't blame "The Germans". It has only been 70 years, so a lot of resentment still could have been there. But there isn't. Germans are welcome in The Netherlands and not being looked at weird because of the war. They are being condemned for their obnoxious behaviour, but hey, so are the English
