Hello? Actual illegal GUNS are easy to get in Canada! I'd think stun guns would be amongst the least of your worries. At least it means your criminals are making an effort not to kill their victims.

I'll make an effort to remember that when some punk zaps me and takes me money. He'll probably wished he used a magnum instead.

Only the RCMP are allowed to have lethal stun guns in Canada.

I was reading about some low velocity stun guns where the electrons have reduced potential therefore making them safer. very cool
