Remember Brenda, that this is a probably feminist with an agenda speaking - feminists haven't met a statistic yet they can't make up or distort beyond all recognition. I wonder if the cops or prosecutors would agree with her.

But, in a lot of rape cases it becomes he said she said, and I don't want them going back to the feminist cant of "women must be believed" ie women never lie about it. Probably lots of innocent guys got caught up in that when it was the rage, same with the children never lie about abuse bullshit.
