According to Justice Sterling Sanderman, a sentence of 3 years for kicking a man to death sends "a message of denunciation and deterrence."
What utter rubbish! The only message such a sentence sends is that "in Canada you can kill somebody, and NOT end up in prison for the rest of your life." In other words, you CAN get away with murder.
Canadian justice is just such a joke!
