OR spend that money to move to a gulf country close by and setup a bussiness and make money while you wait for your papers to come through ! 40k is a over 4.5 million in srilankan rupees. Thats quite a fortune to have in that country and you could probably but the govt with that much money. No way those funds are legally gained, and anyone who has that kind of money legally in Srilanka would be getting on any boat but cathing a plane.

Hmmmm.... our country was built by private citizens using their initiative. Carpe - God - deim. There are lots of privately owned vessels on the West Coast that have a fair bit of range and tonnage.
