I dunno, if you were in a civil trial with a good looking black guy,
would you want her to be the judge ?

Ok, its nothing illegal, but at some point the personality of a judge
needs to be examined, to see if they can really keep the standards that
we want.

On the other hand, people should still have some right to privacy.


Of course that right was blown when the husband put pics of her on the internet,
that was seriously stupid.
And I wonder about the judges abilities when she didnt declare this.. of course we all know if she had, she wouldnt be a judge today.


This is a good example for the argument to elect judges.
Let the media vet them, and force them to stand on a judicial record.

They thing is, how many other judges have all kinds of kinks (not just sexual ones) and you never know about it? I'd probably rather appear before her than a corrupt judge, say.

I don't think electing judges would solve anything. Then judges would be politicians, and nobody seems all that happy with them.

I don't think we can allow people to be limited in career and advancement just because of some naked photos on the internet at this point.

i sort of agree. At worst she likely should not have allow pictures to be taken, or at least, pictures she does not have control of. Poor taste in judgment there (haha I even got a punny joke in there..)

Just because she is into kinky stuff, doesn't mean it should limit her employment.

Specifically the internet is full of naked pictures of girls from all walks of life. Changing the rules at this junction can safeguard those girls. And boys I guess, but who looks at those?

She and her husband were idiots, and it sounds like the black dude in question was an extortionist(who was told no more cash). I don't think there were any innocents involved in this.
