Simply put. These pieces of human offal don't have the intelligence or courage to vent their feelings of ineptitude in a normal healty manner so in an attempt to make themselves feel powerful they abuse defenseless animals, knowing that if they ever tried any of this sick shit with normal people they'd end up getting their ass handed to them on a silver platter.

As far as i'm concerned there is no punishment harsh enough for this asshole and unfortunately he'll likely just get a slap on ther wrist and not be allowed to own animals for a couple of years.

2 weeks later, he bit my brother in his neck.

If that dog would have been human, we would put him in a mental facility, or at least label him having "mental issues", like we label this man...
