This in an incredibly sad story. I can only pass on my sincere conlences to the family and friends this this young man and his father.

A tragedy, yes, but one that could easily have been prevented by the use of a little bit of common sense.

I agree fully, my point is why did the father put himself and his children in that position in the first place.
