The way to fix the blockade issue is to let a bunch of Muslims build their homes on contested land and then sit back and watch.

You watch, by the time this is over the govt will not only give them their exemption, but pay them compensation for all the stress and racism it caused the natives. Harper will have to issue another apology.

We should just ritualize all this - Get the Gov Gen involved, put on a bit of pomp and circumstance and have a monthly apology and presentation of the cheque ceremony. All 2nd nations will bow down in the direction of the nearest reserve for one minute, while holding their wallets open above their heads.

Must be getting really close to the official start of summer if these assclowns are making their annual hollow threats. But old standards can always be changed. Summer doesn't start on June 22 anymore. It officially starts the same day that the first 'promise' of a roadblock near a reserve is issued.

Too bad we can't use the same thing to mark the official start of winter, but by that time of it's usually already too cold to leave warmth of the bingo hall to go a-picketin'.

When there's a leader in Ottawa that'll stand up to the bleading hearts, we'll finally have a leader worth a vote. Hold a referendum. Ask Canadians what they think of social, political and economic segregation. You can't defend a system that has been an utter failure, for both sides.

It's time to grandfather all Canadian law regarding Native Canadians. Justice is not served while racial segregation is entreched in our Constitution. It's that simple.
