hehe. Where is one supposed to put groceries or sports bags or anything else one uses in daily life in these tiny cars? It's fine if they are that small but I need some storage space blast it.

Can you imagine being hit by, well, any other vehicle in that thing. Even being hit by a motorcycle means your dead. This might appeal to the same people who buy Smart cars, but beyond that I can only see it appealing to security fleets (security at Disney parks, Universal parks, etc) as an ecofriendly way to patrol a large area.
