The prosecution presented evidence Todd was “grooming” two young boys in 2005, or 2006, including one he had sit in his lap while the offender was naked.

Seems if the defending attorney can overlook this, he's either an idiot.....or perhaps the police should be looking closer at him too, and maybe even a search of his premises may be in order, including his computers. What's next, is the lawyer going to declare that this monster's ravings have some artistic merit???
