I am going to guess missile most likely a test fire from Russia which keeps trying to flex its muscles. Or something falling from space. Or Really far fetched but possible, North Korea launched the missile. Though how it would of made it that far into Canada's airspace without NORAD going nuts over it and getting threw Russian airspace as well kinda rules that one out.
Canada would not be testing missiles because we simply buy tested missiles from the USA.
