Without being able to go into details, our system is laready set up such that this guy would have been flagged when he applied for a visa and all who need to would be ocnsulted about him getting the visa, if he got it we'd know he's coming and to watch for him, if he didn't we'd know he was trying to get here and there are steps for that as well. Seems the US folks, once again since 9/11, were not passing along their intel and concerns to the State dept. So much for lesson learned! Wasn't the creation of the Dept of Homeland Security supposed to help solve this problem?

perhaps those responsible for issuing visas to these undesirables need to be screened a little more carefully.

I really do not believe that our system is that much better it just has not been caught with its pants down yet. If they want in they will find the weakness they need .
