Are you fracking kidding me! Why is it the British monarchy's fault? I would think the would fall on the French for not putting up a better fight for Quebec in the 1700s.

Agreed. French were pretty noobs at the time. It's sure that the english could have acted less dickily, but still, it's a long time ago.

They've never read the Quebec Act I guess ? We shouldn't hold our breath for a thank you for that.
