Vandalizing a cenotaph should earn a 2 year penalty
of coming over to Europe and taking care of a cemetery here...

Why give them a European vacation? They should have to volunteer as a tour guide and usher at the National War Cemetary in Ottawa. Escort families to the gravesites of their loved ones. That might actually get the point across eventually.

That's a pretty small community and it must have been one or two people involved. Someone must know and that someone should talk. These people are a cancer.

Two years probation, during which time the offender/s will be allowed/required to be gainfully employed or attend school. During the week 4 hours per day to be spent helping out with anything asked of them down at their local Legion branch. This will include helping out by doing any chores for Veterans around their homes, such as yard work, painting, shovelling snow etc. Eight hours on Saturdays AND Sundays! This would be a total of 32 hours per week penance. The offenders could get 2-4-1 IF they joined the military cadets/reserve. Failure to comply with any requirements of penance would result in 12 months Military boot camp!

You make it sound like Fredericton only has 1000 people.
