Liberal MP Bob Rae is denying that he orchestrated a move by a group of Liberal senators to amend a crime bill in an effort to undermine Michael Ignatieff's leadership.

I suppose one day we may or may not learn the truth. I remember Mulroney telling everyone he supported Joe Clark.

But the rumor is going around because Iggy looks vulnerable. This won't go away just because Rae claims it isn't true. It will go away when Ignatieff starts to look like a leader.

This is the first time I have three seen duds in a row as Liberal leader. And Mr Rae, another relic from the past, is not the answer.

The reality is that there is nobody capable of turning the party back into a political power-house. And all the Liberal premiers are a joke.
