He had a point about the Security Council, but his "Terror Council" completely undermined it. I think it's more about being an Amateur than being crazy though. The problem with Dictators is that they generally don't have anyone to tell them when they're just being Stupid, so they never learn the finer details of things.
He did look rather odd though. Must have MJ's Plastic Surgeon.

Was going to set up in Trumps back yard but the neighbors vetoed it under some bylaw.
So we had him and the Iranian president there on the same day! And people left? Come on it was likely the most entertaining day at a UN council meeting, EVER! They could have sold tickets!

The UN is useless and the security council is bullshit, that's the only 2 points he made that were relevant.
I can see why Nigeria's leader just said "ah fuck the meeting" and didn't bother to show up or send his delegates.
That would have a been a more effective way of showing resentment than a 1.5 hr rant about jetlag and the effects of coffee on the body.
