Sorry you stupid whiney fuck, residents aren't citizens. Canada is under NO obligation to protect those that are "just visitng" when they aren't even here in the first place. The man commited murder, he admitted to it, and was NOT a Canadian citizen. Canada needs to stay the fuck out of this.
