I believe it was there to waste taxpayer money. So far I have not seen what else they're being used for.

.... or knew what the hell it was. That is what astounds me, someone had to ask for money for this thing, and it was given out freely without knowing what the hell it is. Someone parts of Canada have too much money I guess.

As an artist I have never recieved one red cent from the government and yes I've starved over many years. I don't regret it, it's been a good life all in all.
