Now, isn't that exactly what Ahmadinejad accused his political rivals of just before he allegedly stole the June 12, 2009 Iranian election?

I don't really know what to glean from that. The snippets they tell us about don't really sound all that violent. He could just be talking about turning Iran into a stronger economic power.

These clowns are just a minor irritant on the world stage. Iran is a swelled-up blowfish trying to look tougher than they are, just like North Korea. Pakistan is much more of a serious threat to international security.

Iranian leaders often refer to the United States and its allies as the "global arrogance."
