Giving Cars and wine to your top generals to ensure their loyalty what a sad state of affairs for Kim jong Ill.
Any General in the US or Canada or any other decent country would be insulted if they we offered a bribe like that.
It would scare me as a civilian if a General in my country could be bought like that that. I must admit though that I do think in "western" terms in that governments should be of laws and not men (or women) and that peace and freedom are noble ideas.
