I'm curious. In 1967 it seemed like every morning there was an inch of snow on the ground in early morning throughout the summer. Anyone know if this still the case?

It can snow in Banff 12 months a year but every day in the summer is highly unlikely.
$1:
At 1,463 m (4,800 ft), it is the town with the highest elevation in Canada
BTW Albertans don't go to Banff it's full of tourists.
