What exactly is the mandate of the head of the CNIB? I assume it's to make things better for people who are visually impaired but, according to some people it can only be done if you're also visually impaired, which is an absolute crock.

It should be the best person for the job, not the job for the most disabled person.

I guess all this bellyaching and bitching is just another form of discrimination, cloaked under the guise of minority.
