Some quick observations.
The courts sure are fast to hide the reasons behind their bail decisions. I don't think this girl is a risk to re-offend and if she was a flight risk, she probably would have bolted by now. Considering the judges let convicted gangsters out on bail, she seems like a pretty small potato to me.
